Fluent in both English and Spanish, Attorney Vargas began his legal career at Centro Legal in 1996, where he represented clients in family law and criminal defense matters. From 1998 to 1999, he worked for Eisenberg, Weigel, Carlson, Blau & Clemens, where his practice focused exclusively on family law.

From 1999 to 2008, Attorney Vargas was a partner at Velez, Moreno and Vargas. During that time, he focused on family law, including divorce, child custody, and child support, as well as criminal defense and business and contract litigation. He successfully litigated cases throughout the State of Wisconsin.

In November 2008, Attorney Vargas founded Vargas Law Office LLC in Milwaukee. With his own practice, he expanded his legal services to include municipal and personal injury law while continuing to represent clients in family law, criminal defense, and business matters. Today, he also serves as legal counsel for a number of local Milwaukee businesses.
